Look for a modern white professional building which is not in
downtown Summit, but just off of Route 24.

From Route 24 East
- Take Exit 9A for Broad St., Summit.
- Turn Right at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp.
- Move into the far Left lane, and at the light follow signs for Route 78 and 24.
- Pass approximately 7 houses on your right, and then turn Right into the parking lot for 1 Springfield Avenue.
- If you miss the parking lot entrance, bear Right at the light and and there is a second entrance on the Right.
From Route 24 West
- Stay in Local Lanes (Do Not take 78 West from express lanes).
- Take Exit 9A for Millburn, Summit, Springfield.
- Follow exit ramp and stay in far Right lane, following signs to Route 512 South.
- Proceed approximately 1/2 mile to blinking yellow light and turn Left on Springfield Avenue.
- Turn Left when the street ends 1 block later to continue on Springfield Avenue.
- Proceed approximately a 1/2 mile passing Briant Park on your right.
- 1 Springfield Avenue is on your Left, shortly after passing Spring Meadows Assisted Living Facility on your left.
From Downtown Summit
- Take Broad Street Eastbound (towards Route 24).
- Turn Right at blinking yellow light (Springfield Avenue).
- Turn Left when the street ends 1 block later to continue on Springfield Avenue.
- Proceed approximately a 1/2 mile passing Briant Park on your right.
- 1 Springfield Avenue is on your Left, shortly after passing Spring Meadows Assisted Living Facility also on the left.
From Maplewood, Union and Short Hills via Morris Ave.
- Proceed Northwest on Morris Avenue/Route 124, which becomes Morris Turnpike after Millburn Avenue.
- Make a Left at the sign for Broad Street, Summit, just after passing Bed, Bath & Beyond.
- Stay in your Right Lane as you cross over the highway and proceed to the jug handle on the Right.
- Follow the jug handle around counter-clockwise and follow the signs to Route 78 and 24.
- The 1 Springfield Avenue parking lot entrance comes up quickly on your Right (just before you enter the ramp to the highway).
